A math-loving Wisconsin girl, Rachel has a heart for entrepreneurs. She understands their challenges and sympathizes with the complexities of running a business while balancing the daily to-dos and strategically planning for financial security. She's owned and operated multiple businesses and is fascinated by what makes them succeed. Rachel loves numbers and puzzles and is grateful every day that she gets to run a business that uses those passions to help others.

With a degree in both Accounting and Music, Rachel sees the world through a very different lens. She loves the beauty in numbers and how music and business are both highly mathematical and emotional. It's no surprise then that the business name is a reflection of Rachel’s passions. Rachel also spearheads volunteer efforts to donate handmade items to the less fortunate. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Brian and dog Bella, camping, hiking, and whiskey neat.

HEATHER | Bookkeeping Analyst

Heather grew up around small business. Her mom had a bookkeeping business and her dad had multiple side hustles from custom bows and arrows to sourdough bread. These experiences have helped shaped her life. Heather knew that she wanted to put her energy and education toward helping families and communities by serving small businesses.

Heather loves any hobby that takes her into the great outdoors. She and her husband have three kids and are very active in their church and community. You can also catch her playing piano, guitar, and banjo.

AMY | Assistant to the CEO

Amy was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. While going to school for dance, she found a love for helping others, organization and order. Right out of school, Amy took her first administrative position and discovered this was where she was meant to be. She works hard on the little things so others can handle the big things. Details and organization are her passion.

Amy married her high school sweetheart, Wade. They have a daughter and two dogs. She enjoys teaching dance, hiking, reading books, walking their dogs, and being outside in the sun.

ANDREA | Bookkeeper

Andrea has always liked the consistency and dependability of numbers. After enjoying a high school accounting class, it seemed like a logical career choice and she's never looked back! Andrea has her CPA and worked in public accounting before stepping back to spend time with her busy family. She has a passion for problem solving and loves helping clients grow their businesses.

Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, often watching them compete in sports. Elusive quiet time is spent dabbling in essential oils, catching up on her favorite shows, and shopping.

SHAWNA | Bookkeeper

Shawna always envisioned a life that included serving others, and dedicates her time volunteering. She views her career as an extension of serving others by providing exceptional and personalized service to her clients to let them know how important they are and how much she values their business. As a small business owner herself, she finds joy in working with entrepreneurs.

Shawna married her high school sweetheart and they have 2 fur babies. She has a creative flair that led her to open a boutique clothing business in addition to writing poetry, crafting, baking, and scrapbooking.
